Metropolitan ShuttleReviews of metropolitanshuttle.com

Elena always gives us great service!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Metropolitan Shuttle. My representative from the company was available and so friendly whenever I needed him. The price for the bus was SO reasonable and our bus arrived promptly at both our pick-up and departure times. Excellent company to work with!

The bus was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bus driver was professional, punctual, and extremely courteous. The bus was waiting for us at the beginning of the trip and also there for us to board at the end of the trip. The overall experience was OUTSTANDING!

We have used Metropolitan Shuttle in several offices throughout middle TN and they are incredible! Excellent customer service, follow-up and ON TIME!

Amazing experience, and will definitely be booking again.

Shuttle arrived on time at each location and driver was easy to work with and new the roads.

We chartered a bus to D.C. For the Women's March, it was a record setting crowd, hour wait in Metro, traffic on all roads into D.C. Our driver Junior was amazing, he took back roads to avoid traffic, determined a spot for drop off and pick up...one block from the Capitol!! He was early to arrive for pick up and drop off!!! Junior was so helpful, we couldn't have done it without him! I booked our bus with Norbert who was attentive to our needs, provided fast, friendly service. He answered my multiple emails and calls quickly and provided me all information requested. An overall great experience from start to finish
