Metropolitan ShuttleReviews of metropolitanshuttle.com

The driver fulfilled all responsibilities in a professional manner

We had to book a shuttle within days of our local trip, and Faad and the rest of the Metropolitan Staff were so helpful and quick. Within a few minutes we had a quote and they processed our payment almost immediately. There were no hassles. Our trip, which took place at the end of the week, was absolutely delightful. Mr. Jerry took such good care of us - making sure that we were as close to our entrances as usual, and waiting patiently during our tours. Our students found him very charming and considerate. Furthermore, the shuttle bus was an executive shuttle, much better than anything we expected. We all arrived safely and are content. I definitely will call them again for my next bus service.

I used the service to transport an entire seventh grade class for a field trip, and they made the process so easy! The quote came through fast, and was by far the least expensive option in the area. We also had a last minute change where I needed to schedule one of the busses to be wheelchair accessible and they were able to make that happen even though the trip was the next day. I hate making last minute changes like that, but their customer service was so incredible that they were able to help me out and make sure every student got to attend the field trip.

We have used Metropolitan for numerous events and the drivers are on time, the buses are clean and the transportation needs have never been an issue.
