Metropolitan ShuttleReviews of metropolitanshuttle.com

First time using company for class trip. Very good service

It started a little shaky, with the reservation process, but after all the trip went well, and everything worked out great, thank you to Hazam for booking this trip and bus for us, it was a great outing for our staff everyone was on time and got back safe after the event. Thank you to the metropolitan staff for keeping us informed and booking this for us last minute.

Great experience with Metropolitan Shuttle. I would have appreciated more communication from the drivers - I was not notified when they arrived. Otherwise, things went very smoothly and I would use this service again.

Metropolitan Shuttle driver was great for our corporate event. Professional, helpful, and knew the best ways to get us where we were going. Also had great help from the office in getting the right paperwork toghether (including recepits we needed for expense reports, etc.) Account Manager provided adequate service, although he wasn't able to help me directly with most things. Instead, it was the driver or Tammy at the office that I had to reach out to. He really just was able to handle the contract.

I have been in the travel industry for over 20 years and I would recommend Metropolitan Shuttle

Driver was very nice and positive. Bus was clean and comfortable and driver even helped to provide phone charging. A few challenges with navigation but she stayed positive and helpful.

everything was good and organized.
