My sorority hired this bus company to take us to our spring formal this past Saturday night - they never showed up. Around 30 calls were placed to the company on the day of, all of which were dodged. 165 people were stranded with no way to get to our location which caused us to lose time at our venue and have to order Ubers for those who still made it to the formal. Many people were not able to enjoy an event due to this bus company not upholding their contract. The home page of this company's website says "Because nobody should be left waiting for a bus that never comes", well that's what happened to us so be warned if you want to use this company that they just might not even bother to show up.

Extremely disappointed to say the least. Was told we’d receive a 55 seater “deluxe motor coach” for our 8 hour trip but instead a 40 seater, recommissioned school bus picked us up. The bathroom was broken which was a huge issue for someone on board with a medical condition, storage was limited which caused passengers to have to hold bags on their laps, and we were told none of this beforehand. Working to get money back now but management has been very difficult to work with. Stay away if you can. There are many other bus companies out there, and this is not a company you want to work with.

Showed up late in a bus not contracted for and much too large for our needs or the ability to travel to the sites given in the pre-trip itinerary. Have gotten the worst customer service possible = NONE! My calls, and emails have gone unanswered/unrecognized and they apparently feel fine about billing me for a trip never taken! Would not recommend to ANYONE!

AWFUL!! Metropolitan Shuttle changed our bus the day before our event and then sent a driver who did not speak a word of English. This was compounded by the fact that he got lost and then was unable to follow directions. Metro Shuttle single-handedly ruined our event as guests were not picked up at the right time and when finally dropped off, were late and in the wrong place! Absolutely terrible service, find ANY other vendor.

I hate to say this, but I had a VERY bad experience with this company. We were looking for a shuttle company to work with long term over the next year or so for about 50 events we had coming up in the San Antonio area. I am an Event Marketing Manager and have been in the industry for well over 25 years and worked with hundreds of transportation companies but have never had an experience like this. There was a mistake with our date, which I know happens, but we figured it out 24 hours in advance of when they had us scheduled. I had to tell them 4 different times that we did not need the shuttle for the date they had it and it wasn't until about 6 hours before the time/date they had it scheduled that they finally cancelled it. They refused to refund any of our money, even though they had ample time to cancel and make it right and knew we were looking to work with them long term. Extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to working with them on all our upcoming events. I will be sharing my experience with colleagues I know in the industry and telling them to steer clear of this company as well as on social media and in the event marketing/planning organizations I belong to. Their customer service is horrendous. Addendum: In their reply to me they mention that they gave me a refund. I did NOT receive any refund. I was offered a discount for a future purchase, but was told I would not receive a refund, so I am not sure what they are referring to. They also imply that I gave them the incorrect date, but I'm still not 100% sure that is true as it was submitted via the form on their website and they did not provide me with any of the information they actually received. Yes, they had the incorrect date on the contract they created and that I signed. I missed that, admittedly so, but we realized the mistake 24 hours before their reservation, plenty of time to cancel what they had. You would think they would have worked with me a little more knowing the future potential. That was not the case.

Good luck trying to get them to respond. They won't. Manager won't even return a call. Left me completely hanging and now I have to scramble to find another option. Don't even bother with this company.

We contracted for around 5-7 buses for our prom, first they arrived almost 2 hours late! Then to make matters worse one of the buses with high school students on board hit a parked car on the way to our destination, then the driver and company DENIED hitting them. Then they didn't do the right thing in the end and did not even give us money back one that they promised to return and did not give a discount for their mistake. Absolutely terrible and would not recommend to anyone. Awful charter company.

Just got off the phone with them, my company is currently looking for a shuttle/bus company to partner up with and the person I spoke to was very rude and UNEDUCATED. haha Im glad I got a representation of their company before even considering them. Way to do business Metropolitan Shuttle! :0)
