Metropolitan ShuttleReviews of metropolitanshuttle.com

Mr. Gene, the driver, provided great service from NC to the mountains of TN.....and back!

This was a awesome trip. The driver took very good care of the ladies riding the bus. Always helping us on and off the bus. He's and excellent driver!! I would recommend this company to any and everyone!

Metropolitan shuttle did an outstanding job on our trip to New York and Washington D.C.. Very satisfied!! Thanks to Mr. Balarabe for his hard work!

We received excellent service from each person involved with our experience. We had to request a date change which they were able to accommodate for us and communication throughout the process was excellent. Our driver was extraordinary both in his expertise with the bus as well as his professional and accommodating demeanor. The entire day went as perfectly as we had hoped. The students enjoyed the field trip and all of our expectations were met and exceeded. We would not hesitate to call Metropolitan when we need such service in the future.

I'd like to thank and commend Metropolitan for their service and support in ensuring that our elementary school students were able to enjoy their end of year skating experience. The sales coordinator (Dave Lee) and dispatch were patient and responsive to us when coordinating our trip, and worked with us through the unexpected challenges that can happen when transporting hundreds of children. It's not the first time our non-profit agency has worked with Metropolitan, and it certainly won't be the last. Thank you Metropolitan for a positive and supportive experience. Sincerely, Christian Johnson

I would like to thank Mr. Ben Knowlton of Metropolitan Shuttle for listening to our needs and going the extra mile to make sure that the Women of Faith Victory & Freedom Ministries, Erwin Memorial AME Zion Church and all the other ministries represented were well taken care of. Mr. Gene was our Spiritual Pilot who drove us to Sevierville, TN and the Pastor of FVF Ministries and his Armor Bearer that escorted us in and out of the mountains. Mr. Knowlton, hand selected our driver and we really appreciated his attention to our needs and his careful thoughts to us as a group. YOUR ARE THE GREATEST! Pastor Wanda Short

I've never rode a bus before other than a school bus. Mr. Gene of Metropolitan Transportation was my driver to Tennessee and he took us up the mountain. He was the perfect gentleman by helping us on and off the bus, loading our bags, and making sure we were comfortable on our long trip. I felt safe on his bus.

"WOW", What to say, this was one of the best experiences that I have had . Our bus driver Mr.Gene was a perfect gentleman. He Made sure that our group was comfortable in every way possible. Very friendly and professional. If you are looking for a bus company with service above and beyond I recommend Metropolitan Shuttle.
