Metropolitan ShuttleReviews of metropolitanshuttle.com

Loved working with everyone at Metropolitan Shuttle. Scott was extremely accommodating sorting out our needs and the drivers (Mohammed and Jose) were excellent. They were always on time and very accommodating and friendly. Thank you all!

Prompt, professional, great communication and clean vehicle. Have used twice and would use again.

We got married a few weeks ago here in Denver, CO and decided to use Metropolitan Shuttle as our shuttle service to transport our guests to and from the wedding, including a stop at the after party to drop all guests off who were interested in continuing the night. Scott was our point of contact and he was excellent. Everything from his timely responsiveness to his professionalism and organization, we were very satisfied with the process leading up to our event. We decided to use school buses for our shuttles and Scott and Metro provided 3 school buses to pick up guests at the hotel, bring them to the venue, and bring everyone back to the afterparty and the hotel. They let us have a cooler on each bus with water and Gatorade to rehydrate our guests on the way to the afterparty. We really appreciated that. Overall, our guests said it was a smooth ride and very easy to transition from event to event using the shuttles. We were very satisfied with the quality of buses, professionalism in communication and the overall experience using Metro Shuttle. Thanks to Scott and Metro, our event was a huge success! Sincerely, Johnie and Gabe

I worked with Scott at Metropolitan Shuttle and he was easy to get a hold of and communicate with leading up to the trip. We were assigned a bus company outside of Cincinnati for our trip to Georgia and had a couple complications with the bus however Scott was available to work out any issues that luckily didn't end up coming up.

Had to book a shuttle service last minute and they did everything we asked for and more. Prompt service from the driver and very accommodating service from every one I talked too. Will be using them again in the future.

Of course, we needed a very last minute 4-day shuttle and had very vague directions and schedules and Miora at Metropolitan came through. Thank you for rolling with our punches, Miora (and Tammy and the bus driver)! We appreciate all of your generous help!

My non-profit needed to shuttle students from our hotel to the local university. Metropolitan Shuttle saved us quite a lot. Scott suggested we use more affordable school buses. The four buses arrived on time, were clean, and had seat belts which I requested. Our return pickup was on time as well. Working with Scott was easy and even with the 3 hour time difference, communication was excellent. We plan to use this service again in 2019

Of course, had to make last minute arrangements for a bus. Was pleasantly surprised when Metropolitan Shuttle could accommodate us. Communication between Scott and myself was excellent. Highly recommend!
