Metropolitan ShuttleReviews of metropolitanshuttle.com

Ms. Miora Randri was excellent in reserving our charter bus and making things happen. She went above and beyond. I commended her on how she handles our reservations. Pittsburgh Outreach Program, our staff appreciate how she handles things. She deserves the highest honors for her job performance. Thank You & God Bless. Keep up the excellent work.

Everything was excellent. Thank you Brad.

This company is the BEST I've found in 20 years of taking plant groups on buying bus trips. The bus was clean and comfortable and the driver was careful and thoughtful. The day before the trip I was given the name and phone number for the driver and a back up 'help' number. I would absolutely use Metropolitan in the future. Dot Henley

I had a last minute shuttle need and Metropolitan Shuttle was able to take care of it all in less than a week. Worked with Hamza Waseem, who was easy to talk with and understood the intricacies and uniqueness of my shuttling needs. I don't think Metropolitan Shuttle would be the cheapest option, had I more time to shop around, however they were very kind and easy to work with!

I traveled with high school students to Six Flags, New Jersey on their 36-seat minicharter bus. The bus was clean and comfortable and the bus driver 'Kevin' was very professional, punctual and accommodating to our requests. The company representative, Thomas Eby, was easy to work with and communicated clearly with our accounting department. The students had a great time and the price was unbeatable.

I was initially concerned with booking through metropolitan shuttle because of bad reviews on other websites. It is clear that there were only bad reviews posted, not the good ones. Thomas was very responsive and worked with me on several itinerary options to help meet my budget. From there, he helped establish coordination between me and the driver right after booking. Our driver was nothing short of perfect. No issues with the bus either.

We rented a school bus from Metropolitan to bring people to and from a rally- the driver was courteous, professional and did a great job of dropping us off and picking us up. Will use them again.

I worked with Ben an Account Executive and he was fantastic! He helped me every step of the way to find the correct transportation for my party. He was very responsive and always answered all of my questions. I highly recommend working with Ben because of how professional and friendly he is.
