Metropolitan ShuttleReviews of metropolitanshuttle.com

Nice driver! Easy to deal with and great for our wedding guests!

Thomas Eby was extremely helpful when booking my travel for 100 people. He emailed me because he saw I used Metropolitan's services last year, which was a nice touch that they recalled my previous order. Then offered a discount for using them previously as well - major win. When I needed to make adjustments, Thomas went above and beyond to connect me to the right service. He called me every step of the way and was patient when he didn't hear back from me and asked for a better way to communicate with me. When he found out my trip was scheduled for the same day as a major country festival, he didn't quit to find me a bus service to fit my needs. We were able to grab two buses for 100 at 3200$ plus grat - major win again! For the prices of our buses and service provided by the drivers, I most definitely use Metropolitan Shuttle every year.

Our experience was awesome from start to finish. Ted took care of the contract details and was thorough and responded quickly to our questions. The invoice process was easy and user friendly. Then our driver was the nicest guy ever. Milton can drive us anytime he was on time and very personable also. Thank you for a great trip

Everything about their service, both before and during our usage, exceeded my expectations. They were top notch throughout, communicated well, were on time, and the buses were very clean and current.

Outstanding! Our driver, Bill Kistler, was safe, courteous, and very, very professional. The buses were as clean as any bus I'd even been on. They were on-time (actually early which worked out perfectly for us) both to and from our dinner event. Three different trips from hotel to restaurant were needed as some attendees were in meetings ending at different times. Not a problem as everyone was accommodated. I would absolutely recommend Metropolitan Shuttle to anyone in the highest possible way.

Trip to Cabazon Outlets and Hilton Double Tree Hotel. San Bernardino, CA Wonderful Trip with the best Driver ever Chris Paone is to be commended for his cooperation, support and being helpful to all on the trip.

The reservation process was really smooth and the shuttle provided was up to our expectations. Brian, the driver, was on time and was very friendly.

We had an out-of-town conference in Norfolk, VA and and, at the last minute, needed a shuttle to transport 25 people to two different locations over a span of seven hours. I spoke with Thomas Eby at Metropolitan the day before our transport need. Although it was near the close of the day, Thomas immediately began to search for a company. He called me within an hour with a company. We were able to do the final confirmation and payment online and we were set. On the day of the transport, I received an email with the name of the driver, who was on time, professional and pleasant. I highly recommend Metropolitan Shuttle. Also, I want to commend Thomas Eby who responded to my request with lightning speed! Roxann Covington Christian Stronghold Church
