Great price, friendly and helpful staff.

Metropolitan Shuttle is first class, I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service!

Our driver, Gary, exceeded all our expectations!! We have been traveling over 40 years with our dance school and this has been one of the best travel experiences. Job well done.

Great Job! On time, clean and professional.

Everyone was very satisfied with the service given and the comfortable ride.

We used Metropolitan Shuttle to transport our lab group on a 1.5 hour drive for a weekend outing. The customer service was fantastic -- Dave Lee was responsive and quick in his communications, and our driver Peter was tremendous -- patient, safe, and professional. It was an excellent experience, I can recommend Metropolitan Shuttle unconditionally, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Our church group has have great experiences and customer satisfaction with Metropolitan Shuttle. They provide clean buses, with PA system and other amenities. James Goldthorpe, Account Executive, is really professional, exceeds customer satisfaction, and strives to provide you the best rate. I will definitely consider Metropolitan Shuttle for future group bookings.

The staff were very friendly and professional and made the whole transaction effortless. The cost was the best and our driver was great. He spotted a delay in the traffic and was knowledgeable of the area enough to make a detour and avoid the mess. We will be looking to hire them in the future
