Scanned the QR code in the parking are at the Houston Aquarium. The link didn't take me to anywhere to pay. I asked a manager at the Aquarium and he didn't have any answers only that they just switched to the new system. Tried contacting Metropolis but after complaining to the guy, he sent me a useless link. I went upon my day but when I finally wanted to leave, I had to deal with Metropolis again, at least this guy sent me a link to pay. With all the heartache and crappy system, they should pay me for wasted time. If you encounter a Metropolis "managed" parking lot, do not use it!

I scanned thr QR code, my information popped from almost 2 years ago, I entered the missing info and selected 4 hours i selected 6 hours to see the price. It didn't let me fo back to 4 hours and I was charged for 12 hours. One i got back home i reached out via chat, and they told me that since I selected the longer duration, they couldn't adjust my payment. So in other words, I am out of an extra 50.00 bucks. The parking lot had very large chuck holes in it. I was really bad. For the money that is being paid, at least they should fix the pavement. Spring Lot, 602 9th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37203

This company is a SCAM. I parked in a client's parking garage for the whole week while working there and you have to pay everytime you drive out. The gate won't open unless you make a payment. Now they came back to say I did not pay twice while going out of the garage.Explained that no way cos the gate won't open if you don't make a payment & all I got is their system did not register the payment.They charged the rental car company $59 for a $6 payment and the customer service lady Jessica was very rude & hung up on me twice.I can see why there is a class action suit against them in Tennessee. They are a FRAUD and SCAM

They are a SCAM. New signs posted about pricing fees, not a single one stating event parking fee. Which is usually $20 in my area, and all the other parking lots have no problem putting that sign up. They CHARGED $21. They keep the extra $1 and don’t even mention the $20. Then they ask for a ton of details to check your dispute, assuming that most people won’t have those details saved and won’t take the time to talk to customer support or even NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE in price. Do not use !!

Predatory practice This company does not even deserve a star. Can’t imagine why this criminal business is still in operation

If I could give it a zero, I would. We were charged $35.00 for one hour parking. I called to dispute and was told to go through my bank to dispute it. I wonder if it’s a legitimate company.

Metropolis needs to change the notice fee policy of $48+ if you don’t pay on time. I use the service for only $3 total and didn’t pay on time and was charge 40 times the amount. Even if it is legal, it is a crooked practice and people will remember this for future generations. Do better metropolis.

If there was a zero , I would give it to them. Worst service ever. It took them more than half an hour to bring my car. Still charged me for 10hours instead of 2 just because I was 5m over the 2hours. DON'T PARK HERE
