The company misreads license plates and if you pay one parking fee one time, they associate your cc with that license plate forever. And as I recently found out, they charge you even if you sold the car months ago. To get things right they require you to jump through hoops showing bill of sale and dmv records to try to correct their mistake. They can’t cancel your account even though I never created an account. Insane. They tie all your info together and think they can charge you whenever without performing basic lookups.

Expect to get double billed and late fines after you pay, this is an aweful company, cant believe any building would use them it is run by robots, no one answers any disputes,, total AI, no humans,

My garage was acquired by Metropolis a few months ago and they have been a nightmare to work with. They couldn’t figure out how to set up my billing profile for months resulting in my subscription nearly being cancelled twice. Now I am on vacation and a mysterious request came in to pick up my car and the valet is about to hand it over to someone random. The worst part is there is no way to contact the garage when you are a customer. You have to go through their customer service center which is offshore, and how can’t do much of anything other than review your account details. To get anything don’t they have to escalate you to a manager which results in you being on hold for long periods of time. Every single time I call the resolution has been that the supper center reaches out to an area manager who should be in touch directly. I never hear back, then have to call support to get an update.

no clear parking instructions prior to entering. No notice that you cannot pay cash nor that there is no live person onsite to assist. Called customer service and they were not helpful, just kept asking what my license plate was. I did not need to give that to them since I immediately left and there should be no charge. They offer no free handicap parking. Told me to park on the street and walk.

Know their parking garage! If you use their facilities be sure to enter the correct plate number. I accidentally entered the plate number with two letters reversed. Unfortunately, I caught it later, but I still received a bill then for a vehicle that was never in there parking structure if you were to go off the plate number that was wrong. Good news is after calling and emailing help I was refunded
