We had someone pay their phone bill with our company credit card. T Mobile refuses to tell us what phone number we paid for or the persons name. This makes it where we can't address the person that did this. Very frustrating. So they are trying to protect the person that stole the payment, but not our credit card that was used. Horrible service, do not use these people. Maybe it was one of the Metro T Mobile employees that did the theft.

This is the worst I've been treated and phone store ever
I'm A team Metro customer and I have had a pretty good time at the store. I decided to upgrade my phone to a Motorola edge I also talked to friend into joining me for he got a free phone. I thought an upgrade wouldn't cost as much and he was supposed to get the phone for free they asked me for $600 and told me it would be in in 5 days I bought it on a Friday night. We waited till Wednesday and they did not get the phone in. I was upset and asked why they didn't get the phone in and they said because of the snow storm back east. They said they would have the phone in by the next Wednesday. We decided to wait I went in a couple days before the next Wednesday and they still hadn't arrived with the phones. We got to the store showed him the receipt and asked for our money back because the phones had never arrived...We waited for 30 min and he kept playing with the credit card machine. He said he couldn't reverse and reimburse the money because something was wrong with their machine. He then reported that the card machine was not working and that the only thing he could.do was write us a check on Friday.. This means we have been way overcharged 600.00 that I could of been collecting interest on for over a half of month.

Location where i bought the sim card: JOHN YOUNG PKWY ORLANDO, thats in the back of the wallmart supercenter on 28 of december
As a tourist went to see if i could buy a sim card that could give us data. our roaming was not working.
I explicitly told that guy my roaming is not working and ask if my phone is compatible with their sim cards and if it would work
He told me yes and yes and i bought the sim card.
In the store the sim card was already not working, he conned us and told us after 30 min to restart our phone and if not working, start the phone again in 1 hour.
And if thats not working call 611
The next day still no data, called 611 and was told by Lee that the sim was not registered and i needed also an mobile phone from metro by t mobiles
So why was i not told that in store?
Why was i not registered by the man that sold me that card?
The person that answered from 611 from customer service told me to go back to the store then tehy will see what they can do
Do you think that tourist have nothing to do ?
I was in that freaking store for an hour when buying the sim card and have to go back for the same to hear?
You should provide the real informations to your clients, not say yes it will work and then customer service says no it will not work, you need to register and have an phone of metro by t mobiles
Do not con tourist, we paid 88 usd and got and invoice upon asking of 64 usd

Worst place ever
Worst place ever, over changed my family member bank account to point. Then we paid the bill and got a new phone on a different account, then they turned it off for no reason a day later then when we called to get phones turned back on they put the two phones on same bill when it was never told to do that only to turn phones back on due to it being already paid
Then other family members had problems with them like saying they didn't pay when they did and had proof they paid
very rude people that work there and can tell they don't want be there. Also there only one store in my area it's not even in the town I live in unless I go to the state over so it's a pain just get there and doing on phone just as much as a pain

This company is the absolute worst their customer service is horrific, they have none they treat their customers like dogs. They rip off people. You need to watch every charge they give you. I had insurance on my phone it broke I called insurance "I HAD NO INSURANCE??" So now they want to RECHARGE ME for activation? this company should be shut down! this is my opinion and everyone is entitled to theirs.I will find a company that is people-friendly and has decent customer service.

I Experienced Very Worst customer…
I Experienced Very Worst customer service, worst corporate, worst in-store, worst online order. UPS lost my phone and Metro is not even tracking the delivery, not replacing the device, not refunding the money. Filed BBB/FCC complaint 10 days ago still no response. Their customer service over the phone from Philippines, Very worst, They don't even understand my problem. If you want to loose your peace of mind, switch to Metro.

Frustrating Service and Inflexible Policies
★☆☆☆☆
Metro by T-Mobile has been an extremely frustrating experience. As a loyal customer for several years, I find myself deeply disappointed by the lack of flexibility and constant obstacles in their customer service.
The main issue arose when I tried to reactivate and change the plan for my daughter's line, which was disconnected. Despite multiple attempts, both online and in person at stores, it was impossible for me to make these simple changes.
The most irritating aspect is their PIN verification system. They insist on sending the verification code only to the disconnected phone, completely ignoring my request to receive it by email. This creates an impossible vicious cycle to break, as I can't access the disconnected phone to obtain the PIN.
Furthermore, the experience on their website is equally frustrating. Every time I try to make changes to my account, the system forces me to re-enter the PIN and phone number, making any management tedious and time-consuming.
After multiple failed attempts and lack of solutions from customer service, I am forced to seek alternatives with other providers. It's regrettable that a company doesn't value its loyal customers and fails to offer practical solutions to such basic problems.
In summary, the rigidity of their policies, the ineffectiveness of their customer service, and the constant frustration with their online system have led me to decide to cancel my service with Metro by T-Mobile. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a smooth user experience and responsive customer service.

Their hotspot is a joke
Their hotspot is a joke. My internet constantly says service interrupted or no internet even when I have plenty of hotspot data left. It constantly disconnects or the pages won't load. I'm about ready to cancel both of our lines with Metro T Mobile.
