My phone had multiple issues which was a TMobile phone, my rep. Nathan deserves 50+ stars.He went over and beyond to help me, after 3 other reps..My call dropped from the phone I was using, but I know he kept working on my issue, because the insurance company said it would be at least 2/3 days for them to unlock the phone. And 30 mins. after my phone was reset and working..Thank you Nathan and he should be acknowledged for all his kindness and effort in helping me..Thanks also to his supervisor for assistance..

After having a very disappointing interaction at my local Metro by T-Mobile store I contacted customer service. Two associates at the store looked into my account and told me that the add-on to my calling plan that allowed me to use my phone in Canada and Mexico was not available without even trying to reach out to anyone in customer service. I did however call customer service and they were so helpful that they were able to activate the add-on to my calling plan which costs an additional $5 per month as well as upgrading my plan while finding a lower price which saved me $5 per month. So now I have an upgraded calling plan plus the international add-on for exactly the same amount that I was paying previously. I am extremely happy with Metro by T-Mobile customer service and at the same time extremely disappointed with my experience at my local store.

We went to metro by T-Mobile on north avenue in grand junction Colorado Saturday to switch our service and take advantage of the free phone offer. After we got home we realized we were given the TMobile revvl 6 5g instead of the revvl 6 pro 5 g that we stated we wanted. We were unsure how it would be handled when we went back the next day, worried they'd tell us since we left the store with them we were stuck however much to our surprise the same young lady was working and immediately went to work to switch the phones. Since there was no manager on duty the girl in the store had to play the waiting game for instructions for the process. We were there nearly 3 hours but the young girls smile never left her face and her demeanor remained pleasant. It's nice to know customer service like this still exists.
