I am in my home. Should have full service but it is constantly dropping. I am talking avg 8-14x a Dat I loose service. They did resets but didn't fix it. Have to constantly restart my phone! Restart works so not lack of availability. Fix the issue metro! And also get rid of scammy store salespeople who try to mislead customers

I have had Metro by T-Mobile since 2015. I recently switched carriers to save money and because my signal was spotty and they don't have great customer service. I was on the unlimited plan, they paid Amazon prime as part of the plan. I transferred my number to mint mobile, they immediately cancelled my Amazon prime account, I understand that, but they maintained control of my Google one account. I spent 1 hour trying to get them to cancel that account so I could set it up myself. Finally I got that done, this morning I woke up to an email from credit card companies telling me that my carrier reported that my phone number is inactive!!!! They gave me the info to take my number with me!!! So now I have to go through all my accounts and make sure they didn't report a lie my number is active and has been for years! When I left cricket, to go to Metro they didn't cause all these problems!

I payed my bill on July 4 th and it was not due until August 4 th. Metro turned my phone off 9 days early. I was told I would be credited 9 days but would have to pay another $26.70 to turn my phone back on. I told the agent I don't have that and he said maybe you can borrow it somewhere. I explained I needed my phone, the bill was payed. I was left without phone service and I just moved county and I did not know my area. I had to find an exit ,find an wifi connection for GPS to find my way home. I have never been more scared and stressed. I will never use metro or refer this service. Especially to single female driving at night on the interstate

I went to buy a phone at Roxbury Metro by T-Mobile. The salesman yells at me cash only. I wanted to use my debit/ credit card. That wasn't an option I was told. So I leave go to the corner store take out cash. This was the first issue. Then I ask if I could just buy the phone, he said no it's against store policy so I was made to buy screen protector and a case. I did not want to spend that much money. Out of curiosity I asked if he gets commission he replied no. I give him 160.00 USD he gave me no receipt and say that it will appear on my phone. The whole sale seems very odd and criminal. I went back the next day to return the phone. It was another gentleman working at the time he started saying come back tomorrow my drew is not going to be short. These guys were very rude and didn't seem to know what they were doing. I ask this guy, hey do you get commission he says yes. He called the owner the owner said I could get some money back but not my activation fee. He was just as criminal as his workers. Oh and I ask the salesman there if they take credit cards he says yes. First it was 60.00 for activation fee then it was 75.00. I was really confused. I call 911 they came and spoke with the owner over the phone and ask when would he be in the store he says to the police " I'm in charge of over 20 stores plus I have an eye infection" . Okay wow so and officer saw a huge sign saying new customers no contact no activation fee, he informed me to take a picture as I did. I went back the next day and spoke the with the man who sold me the phone. He was extremely rude and kept saying way do you want to return the phone I say I 100% sure you know why. He just kept asking I said I do not have to give you a reason, I have 14 days for a return. He say sorry there's nothing I can do. Also I got a reprint of my receipt it was for 144.05 USD I didn't get any change back from the salesman. So you see the entire transaction was criminal. But I was treated as those I cheated them out of something. I thinking of filling a lawsuit. This was by far the worst experience ever buying a call phone.

Metro by T Mobile phone died. Tried to get a transfer pin to move to another carrier. If Metro cannot send a text to the phone, which is impossible with a dead phone, then you must answer a series of questions they make up. They kept asking questions until they found one they said was wrong, then said we must go to the store. The question was when is the bill due. Our answer, the end of the month. Which day? The end of the month can be the 28th, 29th, 30th, or 31st. Which one? In June it was the 30th. No, that is wrong. We can't help you. You must go to a store. Went to the store and they couldn't help either. Can't transfer the service, can't even suspend the service. This company is a scam and should be investigated by the FCC. Stay away!

I would not recommend this company as I bought a phone a couple years back brand new did an insurance claim on it paid the fee they sent me a phone that worked for a month and then would it started turning itself off wanted me to pay for another claim For a phone I know they weren't going to fix went back and bought another one and I've never had the worst service in my life... called the courthouse and the lady sounded like she was in a wind tunnel while I'm standing in my house and I'll give you a guess what they want me to do that's right put in another claim... Their insurance company is separate from Metro .the phones are part of a separate company all sold it the store but no help in the store.. I find the store useful for activation and deactivation

Called to get service turned on. After getting my money they informed me that I would have to wait 5-7 business days to receive my chip and I would be without service until then. I explained that I could not do that and that I wanted to cancel. First I was blatantly lied to by a supervisor who said that it was canceled and I would receive a refund. After a month and no refund I called back and I was told that they were unable to give refund on card payments and I was sol.

Been with them for years.Service has turned into garbage.I had a good day today and only lost my data connection 8 times.Thank God it's the end of the month and I can dump these guys next week.
