A disgrace closed an account given interest then told two days later i owe then some back.i have to pay parking and my time spent ages on the phone trying to sort there mess out costing the bank in wages.its going down take your money out reads the reports its alarming and the app well thats another downer

Since Thursday 6/10/22 my Banking App has been down it’s now Saturday 8/10/22 , can’t get hold of customer service , all it says on the App we’re working on it , well clearly not !!! Lot of rumours Metro has been hacked ? Customer Care obviously not Metro's priority , come on Metro do better too many customers being inconvenienced times are hard as it is without being unable to access your own £££££

Most useless bank

Dreadful service at Oakgrove Milton Keynes. Waits in excess of two hours to get help! No sympathy! Don’t they realise that we have professions. I cannot cancel my patients appointments just to sit in their branch. I will now transfer my account and urge everybody to complain then Mr Frumpkin might do something. He cannot even be bothered to reply to my email.

Rubbish app everytime I try to transfer money it tells me the same message something went wrong banks ok but well behind others app wise

MY CARD DOES NOT WORK. THEY BLOKED FOR NOTHING, EVEN 5 POUNDS COULD NOT RETIRE. I AM IN HIGHYCOMBE BANK. THEY SAID THEY BLOCKED THE CARD UNUSUAL TRANSACTION. I GAVE NUMBER CARD TO A HOTEL IN SPAIN TO PAY, THEY DENIED. THIS TERRIBLE BANK MADE MY LIFE MISERABLE. I CAME FROM LOUDWATER TO GET MY MONEY BACK. THIS BANK MADE ME LOOSE MY TIME. SOME MONTHS AGO THEY REPAIR THE CARD. I TOLD A LADY I WILL RETIRE THE MONEY. SHE DID NOT CARE. WHO OWNS THESE HORRIBLE BANK? IT IS Rubish
