META PCsReviews of metapcs.com

They were so helpful with billing. Willing to work with my needs and were very happy to do so. I would recommend this company before others especially if you're a local.

Was pleased with the help with my PC repairs and the customer service was great.

Super helpful & responsive staff. PC arrived quick & safe. Exceeds expectations.

Everything is great. The computer we bought works wonderfully. As well as you will be there if at any time we need customer support. The packing you did to keep the computer safe was top tier. There's nothing extra you need to do to keep me as a customer happy. Thank you

I took my machine in because it was having issues connecting with the internet. Of course it connected right away on their router. Was also experiencing some slowness with page loading especially with chrome browser. Allowed them to do an hour service/checkout of the system which included a thermal check. The system came back ok with their checkout and I was satisfied with some theories as to why it may be running slow. They never could get it to not connect to their router. Long story short is they only charged me half of the fee for the basic service which was much appreciated.

Great service

I am loving the build!

First gaming PC since I built my first one over 20 years ago. I am very pleased with this build! Super excited!
