META PCsReviews of metapcs.com

Beyond great customer service! They helped me from start to finish. The build is exactly what I wanted!

Great staff they treated me like they cared after the sale. William S. is awesome as well as the rest of the team. They are the pros from top to bottom let Meta pc do the heavy lifting. They can do it all

My pc shipped pretty fast for the price of the shipping, and it came in with no issues and ready to play, this was my first pc meta pcs took a lot of the worrying away because it was so simple to set up.

The computer I had built is awesome, but what made the experience great was the people. From walking through the build with me, helping me find the best way to pay for the PC when my bank was difficult, to dealing with my eagerness while waiting for the build they were fantastic! But where they really shone was once I got the PC. My water-cooled computer had to be shipped by freight during what turned out to be some of the coldest weather of the year. It arrived frozen. I was distraught. But they worked with me, were incredibly patient, and very responsive. It was like having a buddy I could call. And eventually, I could revel in the absolute beast of a PC they'd built for me.

Excellent Customer Service and really good prices! MetaPCs will be my go-to when buying a new computer in the future. I have had really good experience with my system and clear instructions in packaging when it was received in. Thank you to Customer Support for your help as well when I've had to call in for service.
