Not a good start if your using mobile…
Pretty bad experience with this software. Wasted hours trying to get the app to start let alone recompound. Their IT team starts a ticket only not to complete it. Not recommended

VIENE USATO DAI TRUFFATORI
VIENE USATO DAI TRUFFATORI. Segnalo la stessa Truffa della quale ne parlano altre recensioni su MoonPay. Nelle altre viene detto che usano vari nomi, ma oltre a quello mettono le facce, per cui sono più persone. ATTENZIONE La truffa va avanti da un po' e non credo si fermeranno. I nomi noti per ora sono: Massimiliano Ricci Emanuele Gastaldo Stefano Valentini emiliano Leccese Andrea Petroni Franco Bonelli Vittorio Niedda Ivan Centrone Gregorio Iancioni Fabio Tobani Molto probabilmente ce ne sono altri!

SCAMMERS
Lost all my ETH got sent to some random address. DO NOT USE THEY GIVE 3RD PARTY ACCESS TO ALLOW PEOPLE TO TAKE YOUR CRYPTO LOOK AT ALL THE BAD REVIEWS

We never have any level of access to accounts, how could we give access we don't even have? Reach out to our helpdesk, they may have additional resources to help build a case with law enforcement: https://support.MetaMask.io and click the blue "Start a Conversation" button. The bot will ask a few questions then get you connected. Security is always our first consideration. MetaMask is OpenSource and routinely reviewed. You can check the code yourself, your account information is never stored or even sent to our servers. We take extensive steps to prevent scammers from harming our users, but we cant prevent everything users may do with their wallet. For reference, we have over 35m users, and 308 reviews on TrustPilot. These reviews represent ~0.00088% of MetaMask users. Check our reviews on Google/Apple Stores, ~200k reviews, and 4.5 stars average. We only became aware of TrustPilot a few months ago.

Je inleg binnen 2 dagen kwijt aan gasfees
Binnen 2 dagen was ik het meeste van mijn inleg kwijt aan gasfees....absurd hoog en traag, cancelen van je overdracht kost je alnog de gasfees ! :(

Transactiekosten worden bepaald door de netwerkvraag. MetaMask verzamelt ze niet. We werken aan een aangepaste Layer2-oplossing om deze kosten te verlagen. Lees hier meer over transactiekosten: https://community.MetaMask.io/t/what-is-gas-why-do-transactions-take-so-long/3172

Absolutely Useless
Absolutely disgusting . My money was sent to MetaMask so I could withdraw it. Is is now heading to two weeks and it still hasn’t cleared to my wallet. Contacted there so called support to get no support or answers from anyone. Won’t even respond to my emails Some BS about Nodes is their excuse. 😡😡😡😡😡

You can check your wallet address on a block explorer like Etherscan.io. That will show every transaction and token on that blockchain. (each chain uses a different explorer. Blockscan.com checks a few of the bigger chains.) If your asset shows on the explorer, but not in MetaMask you may need to add the correct network and/or token contract address. (add custom chains: https://MetaMask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043227612-How-to-add-a-custom-network-RPC - Add unlisted tokens: https://MetaMask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015489031-How-to-add-unlisted-tokens-custom-tokens-in-MetaMask ) Not sure where you reached out to support, but I don't see any conversations or tickets with your name. I would like to check up on that as well, if you have a ConversationID or ticket number. Our support can only be reached through our website: https://support.MetaMask.io/ - From there either the Community or "Start a Conversation" button will put you in touch with the support team. Community is a public forum, Start a Conversation starts with a bot, but will pass you to a person once you answer its questions
