Perdón por la demora en la respuesta. Supervisamos nuestros foros mucho más de cerca. Eso es principalmente aquí en Trustpilot. (que son solo unos pocos cientos de reseñas, frente a casi 250 000 en las tiendas de dispositivos móviles) Si observa las reseñas de Apple/Android, obtendrá una visión mucho más clara de cómo se sienten nuestros usuarios con respecto a nosotros. No se puede complacer a todas las personas, todo el tiempo, pero disfruto convirtiendo las críticas negativas en sugerencias para que el equipo y el producto crezcan y protejan mejor a web3 en su conjunto.
