I received an email with this business address saying my MetaMask account hasn't been verified. I don't even use crypto. This is almost certainly a scam. Please be careful out there.

Untrustworthy and unhelpful - I had all my money stolen (thousands) and all this shower did was try to blame me and apple … so I got apple to take a look and they confirmed that at no point had my equipment had malware on it, and at no point had my iCloud been hacked. I know I never gave my seed phrase to anyone and it was written on paper and put In a safe that only I know how to get into. Ive never connected the wallet to any Dpps.. In fact the only thing I’ve ever done is to fill this wallet up so that metamasks shoddy security can let someone steal it and they can try to blame me and my devices. And ignore me when I ask them to show me evidence of how this theft occurred. This is the worst kind of company they don’t care and take no responsibility for keeping your money safe. I’ve used Coinbase for ages and never had issues and only started using these because they looked cheaper … but they are cheap for a reason .. they are useless cowards who care about no one but their profits. Just take a look at their terms of service … if they get hacked and your money goes .. your fault in fact whatever happens … your fault not theirs .. Charlatans of the highest order . And if you had read my review properly you would see that I’ve NEVER connected this wallet to anything - so you are drunk at the wheel with other peoples money. SHAMEFUL ! Your company is ridiculous. You say “we’ve emailed you” and yet no email … so I checked with my email provider (Google) and your email domain is on a general black list so your emails are being treated as spam at ISP level so I couldn’t put on a white list if I wanted. Put whatever update you have in the ticket , but honestly if all you are going to do is repeat the “ we have partners who will charge you 2grand to investigate where you money went don’t bother .. just admit to the world you are untrustworthy and unhelpful. As expected - 2days and no response - and you keep overtyping your reply so people at home can’t see how poor the replies are - RUBBISH. And there we have it folks — a whole week goes by and no one from this organisation ( and I use that word quite wrongly as it suggests they are in some way organised - unless of course it’s a side slur on organised crime where even those criminals are honest about how untrustworthy they are ) .. has even bothers to respond in the ticket I raised. IS IT THAT HARD TO ADD IN THE APP "REVOKE PERMISSIONS ON OTHER COMPUTERS"? SO IF YOUR WALLET GETS COMPRIMISED, YOU CAN STOP HACKERS DRAINING YOUR ACCOUNT? YOUR ANSWER SAYING BY THE TIME YOU REALISE ITS TOO LATE,..THERE IS ONE THING CALLED STAKES. ITS NOT ONLY WHAT YOU HAVE IN THE WALLET. YOUR WELCOME.

La aplicación y la extensión en el navegador son PÉSIMAS, el saldo no coincide al momento de efectuada la transferencia, no se unifica, no se pueden agregar tokens comunes en una red diferente y el servicio de atención al cliente, NO ESTÁ CAPACITADO para solucionar los problemas que surgen, el servicio de soporte técnico, es aún PEOR. Tuve que resolver los problemas ocasionados a través de videos tutoriales en YouTube por personas que estuvieron en la misma situación. Tengo la última charla del chat de atención al cliente para quien la quiera leer. NO RECOMIENDO EL USO DE ESTA BILLETERA.

They are scammers it's the most unsafe wallet ever. Had all my money transferred to a different wallet with no simple security notifications, email, texts etc. Avoid at all costs.

I would be extremely careful using Metamask, i had around 10.000$ in coins within the application. I transferred around 9700$ from metamask too Binance, shortly afterwards (around 1 day) 300$ was stolen from metamask, the transaction details do not show (as they were removed) If you put money in this APP you should be prepared too lose everything in any point of time, and not being able too trace where the money went within the app itself. In my opinion it should not be possible too delete transaction details HUGE RED FLAG.
