Its gotten so slow and its full of ads…
Its gotten so slow and its full of ads now.... Also too many confirmation screens like why open another popup screen just to click "back home" when its not necessary... With companies/projects like this crypto is just fading away... its such a bad and slow UI in firefox..

I was told I had to use this wallet to…
I was told I had to use this wallet to cash out some money that I won from an online casino so I use them and I was told I would be able to send it directly to my debit card I was not able to do that I was forced to do the ACH but I was also giving a provider to go through to do the ACH and that provider was supposed to only take 24 hours and it's going over 48 they have not responded to my emails nor have I received my money this is the worst experience I've ever had both of these companies are trash

We have an in-wallet option to sell crypto for fiat, but its limited to certain regions, tokens/coins, and networks. Which payment providers are avail is largely determined by region. (We're working to support more options) Once its sent to the payment processor, we arent able to see further details, or assist with issues. Sounds like you've gotten in touch with their support team already, but just to be sure: our support is handled through a live chat (https://support.metamask.io > either of the buttons under Contact Support) get in touch with us if you need any further details about the payment sent to them for processing (or want to verify you have the correct contact for them. Cant post another companies links here, TP's anti-spam bots dont like when i do that. Lol)

Das hat doch nichts mit rechten Dingen zu tun.
Um das Geld vom Meta Mask auf meine Bankverbindung auszahlen zu lassen, soll ich 16.045,00 Euro an Meta Mask innerhalb von einem Tag einzahlen. Anderenfalls würde der Betrag in Höhe von mehr als 200.000 Euro gesperrt. Also heute am 09.04.2026 Wird mein Vermögen gesperrt, weil ich kein Geld mehr habe. Wie kriminell ist das denn?

I swapped BEP20 to SOL
I swapped BEP20 to SOL — the BEP20 tokens left my wallet immediately, but the SOL never arrived. It has been stuck indefinitely with no resolution. I contacted support multiple times, and they keep telling me to “wait,” but no real agent ever responds or provides a solution. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a wallet service handling real funds. At this point, it feels unreliable and potentially unsafe to use. I would strongly caution others before trusting this wallet.

Times in support queues before you reach a person can fluctuate. Unfortunately, due to the nature of this issue, our support on social platforms isnt able to help get this resolved (we ask people not to share any personal details on public channels for security. Horrible tron support
Horrible tron support. Swapping doesn't work. Doesn't support automatic energy renting. Transaction fees are not transparent. If you can, avoid this wallet.

Appreciate the feedback. Tron is a pretty recent addition so many of the features Tron native people have come to expect aren't supported quite yet. We're working on various components of using Tron within Metamask to make it a smoother experience.
