1 hour waiting for customer service then had to go on with my life. No one will ever give me back this hour and I didn’t even solve the issue. The waiting time was always mentioned to be under 10 minutes. To have the intellectual honesty to explain to your customers that you are understaffed is more respectful than making them waste their time. I understand that in the nerd nation the values are different but there must still be a degree of decency. I am sincerely embarrassed that I have money with your organization.

A ÉVITER !! METAMASK = VOLEURS !!! Metamask m'a volé 462€ de token REAL TOKEN (soit 264 token) le 15 novembre 24. Un travail acharné réduit à néant part ces voleurs!!!! Ils ont fait disparaitre mes crypto de la plateforme alors que la crypto en question est en pleine expension. Je vous dénonce : VOLEURS !!!

Do not use!!! My account with 500$ funds was emptied and I only found out almost a year later when I checked my wallet. There is no 2 factor authentication and no email or mobile notifications about transactions and help desk will just bullshit you that your secure code was not secure enough.

Both accounts were emptied within days of each other, never given seed out to a soul and had it since 2022. Now I have nothing left. Luckily it was only about £200 worth total. NEVER using again

Um absurdo ou me reservo por enquanto a dar o adjetivo correto. Para fazer um unstacking, precisei fazer 2 depósitos para cobrir as taxas supresas e depois disso ainda, única forma e esperar 11 dias para unstacking. Qual melhor adjetivo para essa palhaçada e enrolação?? Agora tenho que rezar para ter meu dinheiro de volta???
