Support team is excellent!
I dealt with Martin Pultrone recently, when a client needed to know the Troy per Ounce for LME-XCU price in the metals-api. He answered all the questions I had quickly and extensively, so proved incredibly helpful with my query. Based on this I'm assuming the whole support team is superb.

Tried to downgrade my account last year…
Tried to downgrade my account last year to lowest tier. They instead added the lower tier as a 2nd plan. I just assumed they billed me for the new package, and I was ok with this. Fast forward a year, and hours ago I get billed for both packages again. Mind you I only use 1 API key. They refuse to issue a refund for $199 even though I was just billed hours ago. They do this on purpose. Any other API or subscription you change the subscription, you don't add an additional subscription. They know full well what they are doing.

Our product supports multiple active subscriptions, and the total number of calls from all plans is combined — this is clearly displayed on the Metals-API dashboard, including active plans and available calls. That said, we understand how this could be misunderstood. Although the billing was correct based on the account setup, we decided to offer you credit for the amount charged so you can apply it to future invoices. Since you're still an active user, we believe this would be the most helpful solution. We genuinely did our best to make things right, and we’re sorry again for any inconvenience caused.
