Edwin We are sorry to hear that. We do not understand why you did not contact us to let us know the conditions in which you received your purchase. We are aware of this from the review that you left us. Our company is always ready to solve any problem. With a simple call or an email, you would have let us know what happened, and we would gladly have sent you the broken vials or refunded the money corresponding to the broken vials. But you'd instead make things more difficult for yourself and us by going straight to the reviews. Please note that we have no control over the postal service's handling of packages after they leave our office. We try to protect shipments so that this does not happen, but such accidents can happen, and as we say, we are willing to solve things so that our customers are happy with our service.
