Packaging wasn’t secure 2 of my bottles were broken. They don’t give you any instructions so far as dosage and how often you should give injections. Not really happy with the product but will try and give it more time to see results but instructions would have been nice.

In this way, we would have sent you the broken vials that you received at no cost. Referring to the second objection that you mention, keep in mind the products sold by our company are for professional use. Different mesotherapy techniques on the market can be used, such as cavitation, electroporation, and ultrasound, with devices such as dampen, smartpen, or even intradermal injection, depending on the license of the person who is going to perform the treatment. We do not have a licensed esthetician; we only sell the products and do not give, suggest, recommend, or assist in their application protocols. The information we share about the products is provided to us by the manufacturers; Basically, it's all about the ingredients and protocols they can use. Suppose you do not know the application of mesotherapy. In that case, we highly recommend seeking advice from a licensed beautician, since this person, having knowledge of the area to be treated and the problem to be corrected, can suggest an effective protocol for your needs, with an appropriate product, the number of sessions, and the amount of product to apply in each session.
