Attentive customer service. First time, item was replaced right away. Presently I am in touch with CS and they are deliberation response to a hole after one washing. My fingers are crossed. I like the value in the several orders I've made.

So far I've had a great experience with the ordering and delivery of my first product. The fit was good and the delivery was fast and they had a promo for a free pair of socks which look and feel great!

The wool is so soft and the shirts fit perfectly!

The quality of the Merino Wool clothing is so wonderful. They earned a repeat customer because I just love the quality and feel of their Merino Wool. Not only that but their prices are so reasonable. I hope they are able to add more clothing styles in the future. For now I am slowly shifting my closet from polyester to all Merino Wool.

Second time buying and the delivery, product, and pricing have all been exceptional. I have become a big fan of the merino wool boxers for co.fort and all the other advertised benefits. I look forward to expanding my clothing selection soon with more of their offerings.

My husband and I began wearing Merino Tech last year and love their products, the colors available and the price point. Their pieces have served me well on my European Inn to Inn hikes and transition well for museums and nice dinners out while in town. Can’t recommend enough!

So far I love the shirts and can't wait to get the socks and underwear. They are great for me because I travel so much.
