MerchtableReviews of merchtable.com

Purchased pre-sale; AUTHENTIC SIGNED, Almost Monday, vinyl. Received 2 weeks post promised date. Nothing was signed/autographed. Spent over 6 hours locating a human to address the issue; was accused of being hostile. LOL. Imagine being charming when you’ve been scammed. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS UNRELIABLE VENDOR. Not only does this CLEARLY show that MerchTable is fraudulent; but likely the bands have no idea that this is even happening. All around awful practice.

I’m starting to think that this company has some kind of scam running behind the scenes. I purchased about $100 worth of merch from them and I never received my package. Some of my items were pre-orders so I knew they would be later, but I realized 2 weeks after the “expected ship” date that I never received a shipping notification or my package. I reached out to customer service via phone and email for weeks with no response. When I finally reached someone, they told me it was lost in shipping and since I didn’t purchase protection, there was no refund for me. How could that have been when I never even received a notification that the item shipped? After pushing, they did end up refunding me as a “courtesy” but it just left a bad taste. It seems like if you don’t purchase shipping protection, the items can be “lost” with no refund, and who knows if they were really lost. Just another way a company is scamming us.

I've purchased sever items through this company, from stickers to clothing, and everything has been top quality. Shipping is fast. And, on the occasion when I had a question, customer service was stellar. Always a positive experience with this company. Thank you!

Merchtable have recently taken over as merch distributor for a smaller band i listen to. Since they have taken over, there have been delays to orders, my most recent order of a CD got delayed 4 times, and this is frustrating. But what has really impressed me is the way customer service handles these complaints, they treat you like a person rather than a number. I think this will help me keep faith in using them again in the future.

After reading all of the bad reviews here I was apprehensive to make a purchase from Merchtable but am very glad that I did. I ordered an Amenra record on a Wednesday & it arrived in excellent condition the following Monday. I don't know if they've undergone a change in ownership &/or management but I certainly had a very positive experience with my 1st order & will gladly order from them again without hesitation.

⭐️ I’m extremely disappointed with Merchtable, especially because this was my fourth purchase from them in 2025 alone. I had previously been a loyal, repeat customer. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a pattern with them. I placed an order on November 25, 2025. Merchtable marked it as shipped and provided a UPS tracking number, but UPS tracking has consistently shown “Label created — package not received.” The package was never shipped. Over a two-month period, I was repeatedly told the order had shipped, then told it was lost, and later promised a “one time courtesy” replacement shipment. None of those statements were true. No item was ever shipped, and no refund was provided. One item was a pre-order scheduled the second week of December. It is now well past Christmas, and nothing has been delivered. This was the only Christmas gift I had planned for my spouse, and the experience was ruined due to repeated misrepresentation and lack of accountability. I hope Merchtable addresses this publicly and resolves the issue, because this is not how loyal customers should be treated. I’m sure in time bands would like to know how their fans are being treated by this company.

Merchtable has terrible shipping. I ordered on Dec 13th and they didn’t give it to their shipper until Dec 22nd. Their shipper will take at least 5 days. Totally missing Christmas… and their customer service sees no issue with charging me $10 for this type of terribly slow shipping. Avoid this merchant/merchant service.

I attended the Guster conference in Saint Augustine over the summer and bought a small sweatshirt. Unfortunately we lost our home in a house fire shortly thereafter. I ordered another sweatshirt but could not remember the size I bought at the concert mistakenly thinking I could exchange if it was too large. I received my Guster sweatshirt in a size medium which was too large. I had opened the package to judge the size. The day after I requested a return or exchange from Guster. They asked that I take a picture of the item which I did sitting next to the envelope. Because the item was opened they would not accept the return. In today’s world this is unacceptable. Merchtable should evaluate the product and if in new condition allow the return. I will use other retailers moving forward.
