Specifically created an account to share my experience. I own a trucking, car shipment company, our account was approved, the moment i start processing volume, the account goes under review with $10k in sales. All requested documents, proof of delivery, Rate cons, consumer information was provided. they started harassing the customers in a dodgy manner pretending to be a card management company and then hung up on the customer while they were speaking. The customer confirmed the delivery of the services and our relationship with the consumer, along with the tracking ID. After keeping the account in review for a week and my constant attempts to reach them out. They kept dragging it and then chose to close the account. Keep in mind that i had 0 disputes, full disputifier integration, RDR, Ethoca, Verifi and a 10% rolling reserve, not to mention the hefty transaction fee and the discount rate. They confirmed the services have been redenred and choose to close the account, and asked me to wait 30 days to receive funds for the services i have already provided. Utterly disrespectful to the merchant and its customers.
