I ordered a vibration plate and it only worked for one day. I thought it was the remote and contacted Merach and they sent out a new remote right away. My vibration plate still wasn’t working so they sent me a new Vibration plate right away. Very pleased with the fast responses on emails and shipping my new vibration plate is working great. Great customer service support! Highly recommended buying from Merach.

Merach stands behind their product. My Air Rower had a computer issue. I sent in a video showing it not working And they replaced my unit under warranty in a few days. That's great customer service.

So far, I'm having a great time using my exercise bike. Because the instructions were so simple to follow, assembling it was absolutely stress-free. I adore that you can dock a tablet and utilize the app for a more engaging workout, but the console is fantastic for getting started.

Cord for my new Vibration Plate, which arrived much quicker than I expected, was missing. What makes this such an awesome Company that stands behind their products, was that I did not open for several weeks after I received & that's when I discovered missing Cord. I contacted Company by email, was answered almost immediately & they apologized for inconvenience & t received a Cord a little over a week later! Not 1 word about it having been almost 2 months after delivery before I contacted them!! Now That's Customer Service!!! Will definitely be buying from them again! Overall a very Positive Experience! Oh, & I love my Vibration Plate, too!

I ultimately decided on the Merach vibration plate after comparing a number of brands. I wasn't let down at all! The machine is composed of sturdy, high-quality materials and is quite simple to use. It has many different modes and intensity settings that I may change to suit my needs. My body feels much more at ease as a result of the strong, steady vibration. It is particularly nice for releasing stress following extended periods of sitting or physical activity. I can work out whenever and wherever I choose because the machine operates silently. It provides outstanding value for the money. If it were a little smaller, it would be even more ideal.
