We had some challenges with the product. It did not work as Expected. However, the Customer Support was very helpful and Solved the issue right away in a very friendly and efficient Männer.

Excellent Customer Service; I made a complain about my order of a treadmill being delayed for over a week by the delivery company. Go excellent support and reassurance until I eventually received the product just as stated in site. I am pleased.

I purchased your R26 rowing machine recently and have really enjoyed using it. I'm new at rowing and sent a message asking for instructions on proper rowing. Even though there was no specific manual currently available, Auro the person helping me, took the time to create very good and detailed instructions on how to maximize the use of the rowing machine. Thank you so much!!! KE

The exercise bike arrived in perfect condition. The assembly was very easy with all parts fitting perfectly. Really surprised at the quality of build and sturdiness in use. Strongly recommend this bike.

I ordered mine and it was lost in the mail and they sent out another one… Great customer service. They were quick to respond to my issue.

Fast processing of my order, prompt shipment, very responsive customer care.
