Clear, easy, friendly

Brilliant company to deal with from ordering to delivery and quality - I ordered a recumbent bike a bit time consuming to put together but worth it in the end - great quality and silent - had a problem with one of the pedals contacted Merach by email they responded within 48 hours and organised a replacement which I received 2 weeks later / great customer service

Eine sehr schnelle Lieferung. Leider kein Telefondienst oder Service? Aber Schriftverkehr wird auch innerhalb von 24 Stunden beantwortet. Immer wieder gern.

I recently had an issue with my order, and I was genuinely impressed by the way it was handled. Auro from the customer service team was extremely helpful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. He responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure that a refund was arranged smoothly without any hassle. It's rare to experience such thoughtful and efficient service. Thank you, Auro, for your outstanding support, it truly made a difference!
