Merach USReviews of merachfit.com

Very sturdy product. Handle bars are made from nice material and bike is rock solid! Highly reccomend.

Customer service was amazing! After a month of using my Stair Stepper, I noticed the resistance cords were tearing and it became a safety concern. I emailed Merach about it, and they quickly issued me another Stair Stepper — free of charge! No hassle, just a proof of purchase. Also, both delivery services (initial and replacement) were really fast!

Great customer service. Great product

My rating is based upon excellent customer service for requesting a missing part. Merach was professional with emailed communication and initiating replacement action quickly. However, I fortunately located the part and no longer required the replacement part.

I received my original order but was unable to use due to the chord not fitting. I contacted customer service and asked for a new chord. After a couple conversations to make sure I got the best service I was told I they were shipping me a whole new device and it works perfectly. I absolutely love this machine and the difference in how my whole body feels! I have slept better, the fluid in my legs is coming down and I'm not aching in my joints anywhere near like I was. My circulation is getting better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Klare Empfehlung!
