Order still not received
Order still not received, no response to emails its been 2 months now since I ordered, still no bike and still no response to emails

Unresponsive Sales Team
I’ve tried to buy a treadmill from Merach but the Merach Website would not apply a significant discount that the site offered. I’ve tried to contact customer service via email about this but I have received no response, except for an automated message that didn’t address this issue. If their sales support is this bad, I can only imagine what their tech support must be like. The negative reviews that I’m reading about this company should be given serious consideration.

Vor über 2 Wochen ein Gerät bestellt
Vor über 2 Wochen ein Gerät bestellt, bis heute nicht angekommen und keine Rückmeldung der Firma. Sendungsverfolgung wird nicht aktualisiert und auf emails wird nicht reagiert. So etwas schlechtes habe ich noch nie erlebt

Unable to track my order
I placed my order 3 days ago and received the email with tracker ID but unable to track the order, tried to contact the customer service but unable to do that as well. I am just worried that it is a legitimate company or not as I am unable to reach them and unable to track the order. The tracker link is taking me to delivery partner page which is saying that "Due to unknown reasons, your parcel delivery is abnormal" and contact the company but I am unable to do that as well. No one picks up the phone and chat option is also not working. My order number is 12370UK

Keine Antwort auf E-Mails zwecks Retoure. Das Gerät wird hochwertig beworben aber ist nicht die angepriesene Qualität,habe über PayPal reklamiert dennoch keine Reaktion seitens Merach.... unseriöser Händler

I ordered the R07 and the Ab trainer
I ordered the R07 and the Ab trainer. I unboxed the ab trainer and found a small hole in the seat. I emailed every email address I could find to process a return for both items on 1/23. I provided pictures and detailed information. Since then, no one has responded. I have called numerous times and no one is ever available. I have sent countless follow up emails practically begging them to respond to me. This has got to be the worst customer service experience I have ever had and that is saying alot, because I've experienced some bad ones. How does a company run like this and think it's ok to treat customers like this. I'm hoping I can get some kind of response like every one else has on here. I'm beyond livid.

Produkte sind gut für den Preis.
Versand über GLS und DPD totale Katastrophe. Produkte wurde wie erwähnt in den Dreck gestellt, Kundensupport meinte ich soll mich melden wenn was ist. Dann wollen sie den Artikel aber nicht zurück, obwohl ich noch in der 14 Tage Frist bin. Achtung aufpassen hier nicht bestellen, billige Produkte und schlechter Kundenservice.
