Excellent Customer Service I ordered two items from Merach and unfortunately had issues with both. Both times I contacted their customer service I received prompt replies that took care of my issues. The first was instructions on how to repair my rowing machine myself rather than sending it in. The second was a free replacement without having to ship the defective equipment back.

The quality is amazing. Solid metal pretty much everywhere needed. Paint is immaculate. Seat is by far the most comfortable. Simple and easy to assemble. Base has feet to stabilise the machine on uneven surfaces. Just follow the instructions in the manual closely. Just be mindlful not to damage the screw threads or cause slippage due to force on misaligned insertion. There are no spare screws to supplement mishap. However, support team responds well and instantly to deal with any issue. No defects or missing parts in the unit I received. Delivery was on time and support team responded quick despite of holidays. The handle and seat are sturdy, no wobble when the screws are tightened well. I am confident the pedals won't give up under me. Bought training equipment mat 1m² separately from a local store to put under the base. Very happy with the purchase and the discounted deals. Worth the value

Wow, what an intense workout. It going to take me a few weeks to get to the point that I'm not exhausted after 20 reps with 2 resistance belts. It's really easy to build and the parts are all solid, very good quality way beyond what I expected for the price. I'm really happy with this

I asked my guy for this walking pad as a birthday gift. I had no idea how much I would enjoy it. I keep it in the living room tucked away by a wall, and get it out every night to walk. It’s light and simple to move around. I love the different speeds, and especially love the multiple incline levels that go up to 10%. I am actually excited to walk now! I’m happy that we spent a bit more for the amazing quality, and would recommend this model to anyone!

In the Christmas chaos, I was accidentally sent the wrong item. Merach worked with me to figure out what happened and sent me a replacement very promptly. I love the vibration plate I got, and am very impressed with the customer service!!

Ich habe ein Laufband bestellt. Es wurde nach nur drei Tagen geliefert. Da ich zunächst keine Bestellbestätigung erhalten hBe (bestellt am Freitag) hatte ich den Support eingeschaltet. Dieser hat sich dann am Montag direkt gemeldet, da war das Laufband schon geliefert. Für die Qualität des Laufbands gebe ich ebenfalls 5 Sterne.
