Great treadmill I love it

Merach has gone above & beyond for customer service. I had an issue with a broken part on my bike ( No ones fault, it arrived in tact and broke when moving machine) and they opted to replace the unit. Response time, in my opinion was good and communication was great and effortless.

Customer Service is A1! I have had the vibration plate for just a few months and noticed a change in it so I emailed CS. After sending a video of the problem, they sent out a replacement immediately and I received it less than a week later! Highly recommend!

Great description of the product! Fast shipping with no damages! Easy online instructions to assemble! Great sales to make items affordable! Excellent customer service!

Très bon produit le S36, je recommande

De bezorging was super snel . Info bij de klanten service is top Hele goeie kwaliteit Treatmill Ik ga kijken naar nog meer andere Produkten !!

I absolutely LOVE the Merach Vibration Plate! I started my wellness journey at nearly 400lbs. I started using the Vibration Plate around 330lbs. It has made a huge difference in the way I feel and work out! I am now down to 268 and I credit this machine for my consistency because I love using it EVERYDAY!! I started off the Amazon Pick vibration plate. I loved it but it was too narrow for someone my size which led me to look for a bigger/better option. I tried Merach second and I never tried another brand. This brand is far superior to the Amazon Pick. It does cost more but it is WAY BETTER. If cost is the issue, don't let it stop you from trying this version. You will not regret it. This has helped me get my lymphatic system moving, increase my stability, increase strength, and lose so much unwanted fat! I never go anywhere without telling people about how much this machine has changed my life! I went on a Cruise last September and had to drive from Miami back home to KY. Even though I had been on the road for nearly 18 hours straight, the first thing I did was a round on my Merach Vibration Plate!! Honestly, it was rejuvenating, now I carry it with me!! I recently had an issue with my machine and Merach offered to help me get the issue fixed right away with no long extensive hoops to jump through. I would recommend this company and its products over any of the competition. They truly are in a league of their own and they really care about their customers! A++++!!

Great product.
