Even though they were in the New years celebrations they were timly with their responses

I had an issue with a piece of equipment that I ordered and the Merach customer service team was very responsive and replaced it for free. The replacement is great and I'm very happy with it!

Customer Services was excellent. I had a problem with my vibrating plate. They quickly responded and made the process of getting a replacement easy! Im looking forward to my new vibrating plate!
