Love my Merach 4d vibration plate. Had a few questions about it and Kitty from customer service was awesome.

This company is amazing! Products are well built and work great! I received the S29 aura bike. I can mirror my phone and play movies while exercising. Can also mirror for outdoor scenes just about anywhere in the world. Customer service is top notch!! If you’ve been on the fence on purchasing from this brand, do it!! You won’t regret it.

I reached out about a warranty need/question, and the response was quick, but to let me know a response would be delayed due to the current high volume. They were great to check in every few days with updates, however. And, the warranty was honestly beyond what I even expected, and proved they stand behind their products!

My Merach S29 indoor exercise cycle has solid construction, arrived with all parts and was easy to assemble, and is a pleasure to ride. The range of resistance adjustment feels from level road surface to very demanding hill climbing. The supplied seat (saddle) is well sculpted but too firm for my comfort, so I've replaced it with one to my liking. Merach Customer Service kindly supplied a second seat mount for the saddle my spouse prefers. This is a well-made value priced exercise machine that I'm confident will give years of reliable service. I'm happy to recommend.

My experience with Merach was so so at first. I wasn't concerned about getting a refund on my previous order I just wanted it replaced. The replacement process was smooth could of been a little faster 😆 but all and all it was good! I'm a very satisfied customer. I recommended this product to many people and yes I would purchase it again!

It does shake you well but I have arthritis in my one knee and it did worse with having that.

Shipping was on time and package arrived in good condition. Customer service was excellent with quick responses and helpful solutions.
