Extremely satisfied with my Merach walk-pad! Initially had a misfire due to a dying battery in the remote. Their support team helped me remedy it and was very responsive.

First off, I have to say that I was treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and caring by one of the customer service representatives, Lynn Zhang. Lynn helped me through the process, never wavering, to make sure that I was a satisfied and happy customer. Here are the details: I had purchased a recumbent exercise bike to prepare myself for upcoming total knee replacement. However, within a week or so of use, the bike began to make some serious squeaking and rubbing sounds. As directed by Lynn, I provided a video which helped the company technicians to target the faulty parts. It was explained to me that these parts would be ordered and shipped to me at the earliest possible date. However that date would have been following surgery and I wouldn’t have the opportunity to try the repairs, especially on a newly replaced knee. Lynn saw and understood my predicament and immediately ordered a complete replacement bike! I received it, almost impossibly quickly just two days later, my wife and I assembled it the following day, and I am back in business. And with 5 days left to get my leg muscles in better shape for the procedure!! This is an incredible company and fantastic customer support.

Product arrived quickly but damaged. Customer service was very responsive and sent a replacement immediately. Love the product and the company. Also bought the rower, which is also an excellent product. Plan to purchase more from them.

Had what I thought was a small issue with the W60. Support was on it immediately and without any sort of delay. Which is greatly appreciated. They sent a replacement right away and the situation was resolved. Could not hav me had a better experience. Thank you Merach support team!!! Chad

Customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Their customer support was so helpful. I was facing an issue with a 3rd party seller that sold me equipment with missing parts and was not helpful at resolving the issue. I contacted Merach directly to see if they could help me, I did not have too much expectations that they could, but not only was their communication fast and friendly, they also were able to help with providing the missing part that I needed!

The customer service with Merach was beyond excellent, they definitely did everything they could to help me and even provided an after care that was unexpected and I am grateful for. It's nice to know a big company cares about their clients.

The whole experience has been great with Merach. Purchasing on line can be a hit and miss, however this company has amazing customer service. It arrived within a week of the order, I missed out on their discount after ordering and they refunded me the discount. They answered emails within a very short timeframe as well. On the whole, an amazing service and I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much.
