Merach USReviews of merachfit.com

Beautiful bike! The bike is well built, it's AHMAZING!!! Customer service is top notch- very detailed and responsive. Can't wait to buy my next piece of equipment!

"I had an issue where my package from Miss Place went missing (or wasn't delivered correctly), and I was initially worried. However, I reached out to their customer service team, and they handled the situation right away! They didn't give me any runaround—they simply verified the issue and resent my package immediately. It’s rare to find a company that takes responsibility so quickly these days. I really appreciate their efficiency and how they value their customers. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!"

I lost my remote. Emailed Customer. Service and got a response right away and they're gonna send me a replacement remote free

After much research for an exercise bike that met my criteria, I settled on the Merach MR29 self powered bike and couldn’t be more thrilled. I love the fact that it is able to connect to the Merach fit app by Bluetooth. I have since added the Merach 440 vibration plate for recovery and warm ups. These two pieces of equipment have proved invaluable to me on my fitness journey. Thank you Merach for the outstanding equipment.

I recently purchased a Merach exercise bike. I had intended to purchase a different bike, but after reading reviews I changed my mind. My bike arrived exactly when it was supposed to, after three short days. My husband was my assembler and he had the bike together in about half an hour with no issues whatsoever. I've ridden a few times and the seat is comfortable, which is a big plus++. Being able to adjust the seat and handlebars to my liking also helps to make my time "in the saddle" more enjoyable. I've contacted the support staff online to help get the bike paired up with the bluetooth on my phone. I'm not the most technologically savvy person and they responded to my request with great detail. My next project will be to get that going so I can enjoy the maps and guided training sessions. I'm looking forward to getting fit for outdoor riding and this bike will help me on my way.

I love my Merach CV30 Pro vibration plate! I use it every day for 10-20 minutes and feel so relaxed. The ordering and shipping process were easy and fast. I would definitely (and have already) recommend it to friends!

I lost my power cord to my vibration plate and their customer service department was so helpful in sending me a new one. I have the vibration plate and their rower and i love both units. Well made and easy to use.

I initially purchased a rowing machine. The quality of the machine for the price was amazing. Very pleased. Simple to assemble after the quick shipping. I have since purchased three other pieces of equipment and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend! Great prices, quality products, fast shipping.
