Merach USReviews of merachfit.com

Great Company with Great Customer Service!!! They resolved my issue in a few hours. I love my Merach!!

The support team resolved my problem effectively and I was able to assemble the exercise bike. It works great and is comfortable to use for us seniors.

I was looking for a solid in home treadmill option that could be folded up to help save space. I had previously bought a vibration plate from Merach, so I looked at their options and found one I liked! It arrived and was packaged very well. It was easy to assemble the parts that needed assembly and works wonderfully! Helping our family move more in the comfort of our own home! Plus I was able to use my HSA to pay for it!! Would recommend this company.

This company has spectacular customer service. I had a little issue when I received my equipment and the customer service department was very responsive and resolved my issue quickly. They were very kind and I would recommend this company if you are looking to purchase a new walking pad. The equipment is sturdy and well made. This is a great company with great products !!

It does well and keeps swelling down in legs the company up holds their word to customers

When my vibrating plate messed up, they answered my email very quickly and promptly and sent me a new one and my new one works perfect. Great customer service.

Customer service was excellent when I had a minor problem with my purchase.

Great customer service. I had an issue with the delivery service leaving my package somewhere else and after reaching out to Merach customer service they were able to send me a new unit and made sure it was delivered properly that time. They responded quick to emails and were very helpful. I ordered the S36 exercise bike and it is well worth the price. It is super quiet and smooth. It compares closely to the really expensive ones which is great considering the price.
