We made a purchase from Merach and the product is defective. I have been trying to contact someone since the 11th of February for a return. All we keep getting is auto replies saying someone will get back with us. I would never use or reccommend this company EVER!

Never received my product that was over $200 worth! I even paid extra just incase anything happened with my order! I tracked my order and it said that it got delivered but it never came. I tried to contact them several times and all I get back is automated emails (I can't find a phone number for them). I DO NOT recommend this company! I want my full refund back! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Order never came, have tried reaching out for over a month now! No response to my SEVERAL emails. Horrible customer service do not recommend!

I bought a walking pad and it was dead on arrival, never worked. Did all of the troubleshooting and nothing worked. Emailed Merach NUMEROUS times and have only received 1 response, asking me to take apart the pad and check the motor??? And they've not responded since. What a waste of time and money. I am so disappointed. I've been emailing them since the 26th January....

I purchased a Stair Stepper in late December 2005. I received my item on 01/05/2026. Once I opened the box I noticed that the item was faulty. I contacted the company, and they responded 10 days later, asking for the same information that were included in my email. I responded to that email, only to have them offer me a $25 discount. I explained again in my response that the machine is faulty and that I am not comfortable using it that way. I received a response about 7 days later letting me know that they would be sending a replacement and that I should contact them for the tracking number. I responded to the email that at this point I did not want a replacement, I wanted a refund, and I even replied “Urgent”in the subject line. It’s been almost a week and still no response. Customer service is bad and their response time is long. I will never buy from this company again. UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW. I received a full refund and my issue has been resolved.

This company is deceitful. I bought a $400 walking pad from them with an expected delivery date of February 7. There was no proactive communication or indication on the website that anything was on backorder. When trying to get in touch with support, there is an auto reply that finally divulges that your item is on backorder and gives a range of dates that it will ship, but it doesn’t give correct dates. If you press them again, a real person (I think, who knows) will get in touch with you about the real timeline of your shipment. It’s clear that they are having supply chain issues, but are deceitful with the customer about when items are actually going to be available so that they just capture the sale. Terrible business practice.

Merach Fahradtrainer funktioniert eine Woche super, große Freude. Nach einer Woche Display ohne Funktion. Garantie Info an Merach DE und COM. Seit 8 Wochen keine Infos, kein Ticket. Leider das Gerät bei AliExpress bestellt. Service ist entscheidend bei einem Gerät. Das kann Merach nicht. Jetzt Ende Februar, noch immer in der Warteschleife. Merach DE verweist auf Merach.com aber es passiert nichts. Schade!! Jetzt! Anfang März die Info von MERACH.com Der Defekte Teil wird nachgeliefert und kommt in 3Wochen. Habe inzwischen schon wieder einen neuen Hometrainer bestellt, mit Smart Magnetbremse. Wieder von Merach.😂
