I bought my Merach vibration plate in September hoping to get in shape and hopefully lose some of the excess inches on my waist. 7 months I have been using it for 20 minutes a day, every day. I feel better and I hope it is moving the lymph, I can't really tell. Unfortunately I have lost 0 inches off my waist. The only physical improvement I see is my butt is getting a little rounder. It was starting to get flat (I am 70). Am I going to quit using it? No, it is quite enjoyable and I spend my time reading while I'm on it. Time goes very fast that way. The only reason I give it a 4 star rating is the noise. It makes a knocking noise that is disturbing but I can shift myself around and it gets quieter.

I received prompt communication and I like my vibration plate.

I have been enjoying the results I am seeing and feeling with my vibe pad for several months; however, it's either the remote or the pad itself that has stopped allowing me to switch between power levels. It stays on auto at the first power level.

Leider kam das Gerät beschädigt an. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten lief die Reklamation einwandfrei. Es wurde mir eine gute Kulanz angeboten, die Abwicklung klappte hervorragend

Received my rower within a reasonable amount of time. It was easy to assemble. Only dislike is the lack of backlighting in the led display.

It's been about a month or so and so far, so good. I enjoy my vibration plate. It is sturdy and durable, and it can hold up the big bones that I have. I try to get on it twice a day in the morning and in the evening and take the weekends off. You definitely have to get used to it because your body is not equipped to all the moment especially if you don't exercise in a long time like me! So, it took me awhile, but I stayed the course and I'm seeing the results. My thighs and arms are getting toned, and my waist is getting a little bit defined. With changing my eating habits, I believe I'm on the right track of being fit and healthier. Thanks for this product and it being affordable for regular consumers.
