Product quality and customer service is great.

I purchased a vibration plate from Merach and loved it, but within a few days it developed a rattling noise. I emailed support and after I sent them a video of the plate running, they told me they would send me a new device and I didn't need to return the old plate. I have received the new device and use it twice a day. I was very satisfied with how customer service responed and took care of the problem.

I really appreciate their support and responsiveness. I am now extremely satisfied with the vibration plate – it’s honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made. My daughter got one for me and when I first received my machine the remote didn't work correctly. Followed by machine EMS not working after a couple months. I just think I happen to get a one off bad machine. The customer service however is amazing and are sending me a new one. I love mine even though I had issues. They have taken good care of me responded to my issues very quickly and efficency. I do highly recommend this machine.
