Merach was very responsive when I had an issue with putting the exercise bike together. I appreciated the quick response.

the item is good but arrived a bit late than expected

It took me a long while to decide between this rower and the Concept 2. In the end it came down to finances and the offer that was on for this particular machine. I was very sceptical as to what I’d receive but I can honestly say that so far, I’m really pleased. It arrived extremely well packaged (struggled to free it from the box on my own, but got there in the end). Assembly was relatively straightforward but the instruction manual is a little difficult to understand so I watched the video tutorial instead. Contrary to what it says, I was able to put this together on my own in a short period of time. Having used a Concept 2 before, this one compares really well. Obviously the monitor system is different but for use at home by a non professional on a budget, it’s perfectly acceptable, plus you can attach your phone via Blue tooth. Now to the actual delivery…….. not good from XPD ( (never even heard of them before), however, I contacted Merach and they were on to it straight away. I’ve read several comments on Facebook calling this equipment “tat” and I really can’t understand why. On the whole I’m well pleased with it and it’s worked out a darn sight cheaper than a years gym membership.

Merach vibration plate was recommended and proved to be incredibly helpful with some underlying issues. My plate developed an issue preventing me from using my plate. Upon reaching out to customer service they did a fantastic job in resolving my issue. I wish they had phone access once contact was established. Great Company to work with.

I’m a huge fan of both my vibration plate and waist trimmer! Recently, I noticed the band on the trimmer was starting to lose its elasticity and stretch out. I reached out to Merach with a few photos, and they immediately offered a free replacement. Excellent products backed by even better customer service!

They respond quickly and resolved the situation immediately.

Bonjour, Le sav en la personne d’Esther M’a bien conseillé…et j’ai suivi à la règle ses conseils..j’espère que je vais résoudre ce problème technique après réception des pièces détachées….le temps d’acheminement des pièces étant très long…je suis un peu pénalisé… J’espère résoudre ce problème Salutations
