Ordered vibration plate. Never received. No response from customer service. Tracking shows lost in transit. SCAM

Genuinely one of the worst shopping experiences of my life with Merach. I bought the vibration plate - the screen stopped working and the slip mat came loose making it unusable after minimal usage. I messaged Merach (just for advice) and they offered me a replacement or refund. I chose refund. It’s now been 20 days and they’re not replying to me. They told me to request the refund on ali express so I did, then they denied it. Now they won’t reply at all and I wasted my money, countless emails and hours on customer service chats. Horrible! - Although they have replied to this saying they’ve contacted me, they haven’t and still aren’t replying.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND YOU CANNOT GET A REFUND. THE COMPANY SAID IT WAS GOING TO CONTACT ME AFYER ALL OF THE RUN AROUND I HAVE RECEIVED AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME ABOUT MY RRFUND. THIS IS AN OVERSEAS COMPANY THAT WILL NEVER GET ANPTHER DIME FROM ME! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!

Worst customer service ever. It’s been MONTHS AND STILL NOTHING!!!!

Sent me a replacement 2 months after my initial one didn’t work. Now they want to send me a second replacement bc the 1st one keeps automatically shutting off after 10minutes even when on the manual setting. Told me they would expedited this one also. Waiting 2 months is not being expedited especially when I specifically told them I didn’t care what color I received. I’m so fed up with trying to contact this company. Even when I call the call gets dropped almost every time. When I send emails it takes over a week for a response and to make it worse it’s an automated response almost every time saying the same thing as they did before. This tells me people don’t read it. It’s AI. I placed my original order in Janurary. Tomorrow is April and I have 2 vibration plates that don’t work. I don’t want to have another broken one. They’re also very heavy and I can’t move them myself. These broken devices are taking up space and in the way. I’m also still waiting for my full refund.

Customer service took so long to get back to me. I purchased this in December. I got it in January. I wanted to return it as soon as I got it opened. I sent them an email. I didn’t get a response back for weeks and then they proceeded to tell me that I can keep the product for 20% off or 50% off when all I wanted to do was return the product. It is now end of March and I am now filling this out for them to get a return label.

It’s nearly impossible to get a response from them via email. After a dozen auto emails, I was finally sent a return label. They received my return and haven’t refunded me. They are a SCAM CHINESE company that STEALS your money. DO NOT order from them.

The vibration plate was defective and I contacted the company about two weeks after receiving it. I followed their directions for assistance in videotaping the issue and sending a request for assistance. I received numerous automated emails indicating it was a weekend, it was a holiday, it was Chinese New Year and that they would respond as soon as they returned. It took 3.5 weeks for the first step towards resolution. They offered to replace the plate and when I responded, they took another 3.5 weeks to respond. This company has terrible customer service and nothing is resolved quickly. I had to dispute the transaction with my bank to resolve.
