Company kept their promises throughout the whole process

My package was delivered to the wrong house (3 streets over) and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Fortunately for me the gentleman that lived where my package was delivered brought my package to my house but they were ready to send me another one! I will order from them again!!!

Within a few days of receiving and assembling my rowing machine, it developed an irritating clicking noise on the top pulley mechanism, which could not be rectified by lubrication. I emailed the company (which is based in the US, I live in Australia) and honestly, I felt a little apprehensive when I sent my email, as did not expect much in the way of customer service. I got an email back when they opened on Monday morning after the holiday, apologising for the inconvenience that I had experienced. Realising the fault could not be rectified, they replaced the rowing machine which arrived within two days. It is great to deal with people who have integrity, and with a company who honour their commitments, somewhat of a rare commodity in these challenging times.

It’s only a few days now and I’ve been burning calories like never before. I’ve only used my treadmill and stepper but so far so good. I’m loving my home gym. Products were delivered in a timely manner and easy to assemble. Love the brand.

I had a pleasant experience. The customer service rep Kitty was understanding. She was able to resolve my situation with my walking pad.
