Non-existent after-sales service, defective product. They ask me for a video, which I send them to return the item and get a refund; they no longer respond to emails. I reported everything as soon as I received it. I have the right to return it within the initial 30 days!!! If so, it's a scam. I purchased a Merach R15 Pro on the official website. Order number #2347EU Serial number 20250300303.

Can only return for a refund with pre authorisation code from the company, they are not answering any of my emails.

This company is horrible, they delivered the item to wrong door and I wrote them telling I don’t have it, they ghosted me Luckily my neighbor brought it to me days later, she said she found it at way driveway at the time I was out of town, funny thing I also purchased insurance for this item and they didn’t even attempt to help me, all they said was it is delivered and never wrote back. After I got the item, I noticed it is very small, all that positions they show you can’t do them. I’m 110 pounds person and it is small for me. It has no possibility to keep you in shape. All you do is jiggle your body lightly. You don’t feel anything and it doesn’t feel really good I wrote to them that i want to return it but they won’t write back. This company is a scam I told them I will write under their infomercials buyer beware! Don’t buy this item. Company is a scam

Very bad quality in the row machine and defective. Costumer service is useless they do not respond or give u an aswer. I'm stuck with a broken row machine. It's policy of return is worthless because daid 30 days free return but I emailed them before 30 days and never answer they wait till the time runs out and still that way they do not answer. It's a scam. A wate of time and money
