DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I brought a walking pad treadmill and it arrived faulty, this is where the issue began the customer service is absolutely shocking. Emails would not be responded to and you are unable to speak to anyone within the company. From reporting the fault to getting a refund to weeks and insane amount of emails that were half responded to ,Luckily I paid using klana so had them on my side which is why I believe I was able to get a refund. I will NEVER use this company again.

I didn't deal directly with this company but it's listed along with another company, Foryoner, on my order. Foryoner is a scam for sure, no merchandise and no refund received and only offered 40% refund. I paid in full so 40% is not acceptable. The customer svc person wants to act like she's concerned but in reality she's a company person and not. Just be aware

My R26 Rowing Machine is great! Company support is a disaster. Either there’s no answer during so-called office hours or the person who eventually answers knows nothing. There’s no follow-through. Even simple questions aren’t even acknowledged, let alone answered. Equipment is great, but company support needs improvement.

Absolute Katastrophe – Finger weg! Das Unternehmen gibt in seinen AGB an, in UK zu sitzen – in Wahrheit handelt es sich aber um ein typisches China-Produkt miserabler Qualität. Mein Walkingpad ließ sich nach kurzer Zeit nicht mehr über die Fernbedienung steuern, und da am Gerät keinerlei manuelle Tasten vorhanden sind, war es komplett unbrauchbar. Der Kundenservice schickte mir zwar eine neue Fernbedienung, doch auch diese funktionierte nicht. Innerhalb der Rückgabefrist beantragte ich eine volle Erstattung wegen eindeutiger Qualitätsprobleme. Nach ewigem Hin und Her wurden mir lediglich 80 % des Kaufpreises angeboten – ein „Angebot“, das ich aus Angst, am Ende gar nichts zu bekommen, zähneknirschend annahm. Doch selbst diese 80 % habe ich nie gesehen. Als Begründung hieß es, angeblich sei wegen eines angeblich von mir eröffneten PayPal-Konflikts keine Rückzahlung mehr möglich. Erst nach einem Telefonat mit PayPal und dem Eröffnen eines Käuferschutzfalls bekam ich Recht – allerdings musste ich das defekte Walkingpad auf eigene Kosten nach Italien zurückschicken. Fazit: Unseriöses Vorgehen, schlechte Produktqualität, intransparenter Firmensitz, katastrophaler Kundenservice. Wer hier kauft, riskiert Ärger, Zusatzkosten und viel verlorene Zeit. Absolute KEINE Kaufempfehlung!

Worst customer service ever!

DO NOT BUY FROM MERACH! I placed and order with them a month ago. Still have not received it. Have called, emailed and submitted a contact request on their official website many many times but have not heard anything back from them. Try calling their customer service number again today and it says “this call can not be completed”. Feels like a scammer company to me. Stay away from them. Now I am hoping to get a hold of them so I can cancel my order and get my money refunded.

Defective product, near-zero support — Merach ignored ~10 emails I should have paid attention to reviews, this is a scam company, I wasn’t aware. I purchased a Merach walkpad in August 2025 and it arrived defective. The remote is unreliable—sometimes it pairs, often it doesn’t—and once it’s running I can’t pause it. I contacted Merach immediately and followed up repeatedly: Aug 15, Aug 19, Aug 21, Aug 22, Aug 27 (two emails that day, including 12:46 and 12:47), and Aug 28 (20:07). I also submitted a message through their website contact form. In total I’ve sent close to ten messages and received exactly one real reply (not an automated out-of-office), which simply told me to “change the batteries”—already done—after which they went silent. Their listed phone number is disconnected. I’m now stuck with a heavy, defective machine that I cannot reasonably return without their help. For a company selling large fitness equipment, refusing to arrange a proper pickup or provide a timely replacement/refund is unacceptable and ignores basic EU consumer rights. This experience feels scam-adjacent: take the money, ship a faulty unit, then disappear when support is needed. I strongly regret this purchase and recommend avoiding Merach altogether.

Only received this bike tree days ago.seemed very well packed and good build quality.my problem is with asse.bly instructions,which I managed to fathom out. however can't complete assembly because of fault in one section.merach are of no use at all,no reply to my e mails just receipt and do not answer phone.not a good start
