Very satisfied with every aspect of this walking pad/ treadmill purchase. I bought the W50 and it is awesome. Very sturdy and well built. Love the interactive app it uses as well. It is very quiet and makes getting my steps in so much easier. Highly recommended on all fronts.

Outstanding customer service
Easy to navigate website and my order arrived on time. I had some issues later on that were quickly resolved in a professional manner. I felt collaborated with, and understood. The quality is outstanding and the customer service is really just incredible. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase any additional equipment in the future.
