Terrible company Have reported them to PayPal who I purchased an item through to report them and reverse The transaction due to not receiving it and zero responses from customer service.

Habe einen Rudergerät bestellt und ist nach mehreren Wochen immer nicht nicht angekommen. Mir wurde vor ca 3 Wochen gesagt es wäre unterwegs und sollte in der folgenden Woche ankommen. Nach mehreren emails keine Antwort. Kommunikation unterirdisch. Finger weg!

Ordered a vibrating plate for the second time first time no problems second time for someone else wrongly advertised wrong item sent contacted the company they want me to pay to post it back!!!!! It will cost me a 3rd of what I paid for it and it was not my mistake it was theres

This is quite possibly the worst customer experience I have had in a long time. I ordered a rowing machine but when it arrived it had been part assembled improperly with the wrong alignment which made completely the assembly impossible. After many emails with responses clearly designed to obfuscate the resolution we agreed that I would return the product for a full refund. However, I had to organise and pay for the pick up from my house in Glasgow and return the 38kg box to Wolverhampton. I have proof of delivery from my carrier to the address provided by Merach but now they are claiming they cannot locate it! I have instructed my credit card company to reverse the payment. Would advise anyone considering it not to purchase anything from this company. UPDATE: Your claim that you refunded me on 17 October is factually incorrect as I have not received the funds. You claimed it was because I raised a dispute with my credit card company which I am still pursuing. Please don’t put out incorrect information just to cover your poor performance

Bought a exercise bike from them and there was a fault with it connecting to the apps they claim it does. Had a month of conversations and promises which have all lead to me still having a bike that does not work the way should. They promise to send parts to fix it which they expect me to do myself but then send the wrong part. They say they have resent the part but give an old tracking number to buy themselves more time. Honestly the worst customer experience I've ever had. I will now have to spend more time going through my bank and ebay to get a refund.

I purchased the large capacity vibration plate. I arrived timely and well packaged. The vendor highlights a 30-day risk free purchase. It is not a quality product and when I initiated the return, I was told I have to pay for return shipping. It is large and heavy, so definitely NOT a risk free purchase. The bluetooth is terrible and the quality is flimsy.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY…. I ordered the Deep Squat Machine( Order #128074) in early September. Received the product, put it together and got on it to start using it and it fell to the back and didn’t have enough spring to raise me back up. I’m 140 lbs and the woman on the advertisement is close to 300 lbs and it states it holds up to 300 lbs., false advertisement at its finest. I immediately stopped my payments and ask for a return (30 day return policy). I had to send pictures of the item put together, the box it came in, the receipts of the return with UPS, and I did everything they ask and they will not refund the return shipping cost when it clearly states they will. Item cost $88 and change, return shipping cost was $57. I’ve even ask for half, and nothing since their last “I’m sorry”. So DO NOT buy any items from this company as they do not care about their customers and sell products that are falsely advertised.

Queried about refunding an unused product. Took several weeks to get a response and this is after I sent three emails as had not heard anything. Was informed I could not return the product because I had throw away the small u marked brown cardboard box it arrived in. Note this product was loose in an unbranded cardboard box so why it couldn’t be retuned in a same size unbranded cardboard box I do not know. Terrible service and I’ve now lost 40 quid on an unused product. Advised to sell it myself to someone! Would not advice purchasing anything from this company
